WGC Sep'25 & Oct'25 Events

At the Sep general meeting president, April H welcomed all the existing members, new members & guests and introduced the new board. The flower show details were discussed. Debra N & Diane L were the hostesses.

Celebrating Windermere Past, Present & Future was the theme for the flower show. It was presented as part of the town's 100th anniversary year and was generously supported by a grant from District VII. This show included a free reception for the general public which helped improve the club's visibility. Images can be found here: flower show.

During Oct general meeting, residential horticulture agent Clarissa Chairez from UF IFAS Extension Orange County spoke about invasive plants in Florida. Dale B & Bonnie B provided refreshments. Maria L received a beautiful mum for her outstanding work on getting the year book completed.
