Our speaker was Tom MacCubbin and his subject was "Tom's Talk in a Bucket" which is a 5 gallon bucket with cuttings from his own yard. He told the back story on all of his cuttings and how they are doing in his personal yard. Thank you to Past President Peggy C. for contacting him every fall to be a speaker for a program.

Our members inspecting Tom's cuttings. Many took cuttings to start their own plants in their yards. Our next general meeting will be on Thursday, Oct. 11th at Windermere Town Hall. An informal coffee and a "white elephant sale" will begin at 9:30am and the general meeting with speaker will begin at 10 am. The speaker will be representative from St. John River Management regarding the riverkeeper program. Visitors and new members are always welcome. You do not need to be a Windermere, FL resident.
